Strictly control the humidity of materials during material selection, and reduce the humidity of materials by sunlight or air drying if necessary.
  
04The fineness of the material after crushing
  
The more west the crushed material, the higher the fineness requirement, then the smaller the crushing capacity. It can be determined according to the needs of the site, if there are no special requirements, the fineness of the material can generally be set to medium fine.
  
05The viscosity of the material
  
The greater the viscosity of the material, the easier it is to adhere. The viscous material will adhere to the inner wall of the crushing chamber in the crusher, if it cannot be cleaned in time, it will seriously affect the work efficiency of the crusher, and seriously affect the normal operation of the crusher. Therefore, when selecting materials, we must pay attention to the viscosity of the materials should not be too large.

1. The bowl tile and the spherical grinding of the body are so severe that the spindle is inserted into the spindle bushing too much, thereby reducing the running gap and increasing the contact between the shaft and the sleeve.
  
Treatment:
  
Replace the bowl tile, weld and rework the body sphere or pad the bowl shaft frame to compensate for the wear of the bowl tile and the body sphere, so as to restore the normal geometric relationship between the crusher and each other. Check the wear of the bowl tile and body sphere with a sample and consult the manufacturer. The lower recess of the bowl-shaped tile can be used as the base, and the body should be smooth without any obvious convex edges.
  
2. The spherical surface of the body is in contact with the inner ring of the bowl-shaped tile, so the ability to prevent rotation is reduced.
  
Treatment:
  
Scrape the bowl-shaped tile sphere so that the body sphere is in contact with the bowl-shaped outer edge sphere.
  
3. The spindle bushing is scratched or burned.
  
Treatment:
  
Replace spindle bushings or polish scratches, abrasions, or burn marks.
  
4. The tray holder and tray are overworn.
  
Treatment:
  
Replace worn parts.
  
5. Due to severe abrasion of the spindle bushing, the body and spindle are flying.
  
Treatment:
  
Disassemble the crusher and replace the spindle bushing. It is possible for the bushing to bond to the spindle.
  
6. When the spindle bushing is first installed or replaced, the position of the eccentric sleeve is too high.
  
Treatment:
  
Remove the spindle bushing from the eccentric sleeve and reassemble it into place.
  
7. The eccentric sleeve is tilted, so that the contact between the spindle and the spindle bushing increases.
  
Treatment:
  
Foreign objects are caught between the lower thrust plate (or gasket) and the bottom cover of the rack.
  
8. The oil temperature is low, the safety valve setting value is improper, or the lubricating oil with a higher viscosity value than the recommended viscosity value is used, so that the eccentric sleeve is raised, thereby increasing the contact between the spindle bushing and the spindle.
  
Treatment:
  
Install a heater on the tank, replace the main safety valve or check the oil number.
  
Preparation before the crusher starts:
  
A comprehensive inspection of the equipment: 1 wear of the tooth plate.
  
Adjust the size of the discharge mouth.
  
Check the crushing chamber for ore, and if there is a large piece of ore, it must be removed.
  
Check whether the connecting bolts are loose, whether the protective cover of the pulley and flywheel is intact, if 30% of the belts are seriously damaged, all new V-belts must be replaced, not new and old mixed, has avoided reducing power, affecting production efficiency.
  
Whether the V-belt and tie rod springs are properly tightened.
  
The degree of oil filling of the reservoir and the integrity of the lubrication system.
  
The hydraulic jacking machine head or jacking screw is not returned, and the adjustment gasket is not installed correctly and pressed.
  
Whether the electrical equipment and signal system are normal, etc.
  
Precautions in crusher operation:
  
In order to ensure the normal operation of the machine, personnel who are not familiar with the operating procedures are not allowed to operate the crusher alone.
  
Before starting the crusher, the oil pump motor and cooling system should be started first, and after 3--4min, when the oil pressure and oil flow indicator are normal, then start the motor of the crusher. After starting, if the crusher makes an abnormal sound, it should stop running, and restart the machine after finding out and eliminating the defects; The crusher must be started without load, and after a period of time after starting, it can operate normally before the mine feeding equipment can be started. The ore fed into the crusher should be gradually increased until it runs at full load.
  
During operation, attention must be paid to uniform ore feeding, and the ore should not be crowded into the crushing chamber; At the same time, the non-crushed matter is strictly prevented from entering the jaw crusher when feeding the mine. During the operation, it is also necessary to pay attention to the large ore stuck in the feed port of the crusher, if it has been stuck, use an iron hook to turn the ore; If a large piece of ore needs to be removed from the crushing chamber, special equipment should be used, and it is strictly forbidden to do these works by hand to avoid accidents.
  
When the crusher stops, it must be stopped in the order of the production process. First of all, we must stop the ore feeding, and after all the ore in the crushing chamber is discharged, then stop the crusher and belt machine. When the crusher is stopped, the motor of the oil pump can be stopped.
