1. Feeding department
The role of the feeding department is to import materials. It is composed of feeder, end cap, bolt, sector liner, etc. Feeders and end covers require attention to their strength, precision, coaxiality, verticality, roughness, etc. Bolts can be made of high-strength bolts.
  
2. Discharging department
The discharge department is responsible for the discharge of materials after grinding, and supports the mill barrel, fixes the big gear and fixes the rotary part axially. It is composed of end cap, lattice liner, journal inner sleeve, bolt, etc.
  
3. Transmission part
The transmission part is composed of reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control, transmission shaft, coupling, etc. The cylinder is driven by the motor through the coupling joint through the gear transmission device, and the transmission gear is installed on the transmission shaft, and the transmission shaft is supported on two double-row spherical rolling bearings in the bearing housing. The gears are covered with dust covers.
  
4. Rotary part
The rotary part is mainly composed of mill barrel, partition plate, cylinder liner, hollow shaft and other parts. The hollow shaft adopts cast steel, the cylinder liner can protect the cylinder, so that the cylinder is protected from the direct impact and friction of the grinding body and materials, and can be replaced, the rotary big gear adopts casting hobbing processing, and the cylinder is lined with wear-resistant liners, which has good wear resistance.
