4) It is necessary to reasonably feed mines, water supplies, and add steel ball steel forging, prohibit overload operation, put an end to the situation of small horse-drawn carts, and prevent the phenomenon of "belly" of ball mills. Do not run the ball mill with empty load, so as not to damage the ball mill liner;
5) Fixed ball mill liner bolts should be sealed with rubber rings to prevent water leakage and slurry leakage;
6) The gap between the liners is 10-20 mm, which is convenient for removal and replacement;
7) The ball mill should not be started more than twice in a row, and the interval between the first and second time should be more than 5-10 minutes. It is also necessary to start under the guidance of an electrician or professional ball mill installer;
8) If multiple beneficiation ball mills are installed in the same beneficiation plant, two synchronous motors shall not be started at the same time to prevent overload.
Applying these details to the production process of beneficiation ball mill equipment can ensure the basic normal operation of the equipment. Reduce the number of equipment shutdowns and increase the unit production capacity.
