The main function of the dewatering screen is to dehydrate, demudge, and demediate the sand produced, and its working principle is to rely on the large linear vibration of the low inclination angle of the equipment, combined with its own sparknet to clean the sand on the screen, so that the sand is discharged from the screen, and the wastewater is discharged from under the screen to the tailings pump tank.

This method does not use a sand washer, and directly adopts a tailing sand recovery integrated machine.
