Briefly describe the maintenance of crusher equipment from three important aspects.
  
1. Bearing maintenance
  
The bearing part of the crusher is the most easy to break, and the wear in use is relatively large, so it needs frequent maintenance and frequent oil to increase the service life of the bearing.
  
2. Lubrication
  
Frequent attention and timely lubrication of the friction surface can ensure the normal operation of the jaw crusher and extend the service life of the equipment. The grease added to the housing is 50-70% of the volume, which must be replaced every three months, and the runway of the bearing rollers should be carefully cleaned with clean gasoline or kerosene during the oil change. When the elbow plate is in contact with the elbow pad, the crusher must be injected with lubricating grease before starting.
  
3. Daily aspects
  
In order to ensure that the crusher is in good technical condition, it can be put into operation at any time, reduce downtime, improve the integrity rate and utilization rate of the crusher, reduce the wear of the crusher, and extend the service life of the crusher; Do regular maintenance, mandatory implementation, correctly handle the relationship between use and maintenance and repair, and do not allow only use without maintenance or only cultivation.
